Clawd Privacy Policy

1Scope

This policy applies to Clawd services on web and mobile, including the Android app distributed through Google Play.

2Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers.
• Usage and diagnostics: logs, device/browser metadata, approximate location derived from IP, and feature activity.
• Content data: prompts, files, and generated outputs you submit.
• Billing and subscription status processed by payment providers. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

3How we use data

We use data to provide the product, authenticate users, secure accounts, improve reliability, analyze performance, prevent abuse, and provide support.

4Sharing and processors

We share data only with processors required to run the service, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics and diagnostics, AI/video generation, social publishing, email, and payment providers. These providers process information only to provide their services to Clawd. We do not sell personal information.

5Mobile app permissions

Android permissions are requested only when required for app functionality. If additional permissions are added in future releases, this policy will be updated.

6Retention

We retain account information while your account is active. Prompts, uploaded files, generated media, logs, and billing records may be retained for the period needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where reasonably possible.

7Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, network protections, and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict use of your personal data. You can request deletion of your Clawd account and associated personal data by emailing us at privacy@clawd.marketing. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account.

9Account deletion

To delete your account, email privacy@clawd.marketing with the subject “Clawd account deletion”. We will verify the request, remove or anonymize eligible account data, and explain any data that must be retained by law or for security. Deleting an account does not reverse content already published to a connected social platform.

10Children

Clawd is a business productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
